Abstract
연구목적: 2012년 치과위생사 2차 직무기술서에서 제시하고 있는 임상수행실무에 따라 “치위생사정 - 치위생진단 및 계획 ? 치위생수행 - 치위생평가”순으로 업무 4개, 일 33개, 일의 요소 199개의 분류 중 직무모형 기준으로 치과위생사 국가고시에서 실시되고 있는 임상교과목 7개 과목에 대한 학습목표를 정리하였다.
연구결과: 치위생사정영역 8개의 일(task)에서는 “A3. 신체를 관찰하기”, “A4. 구외 사정하기” 중 “A4-1. 두경부 검사방법 이해하기”, “A5. 구내 사정하기” 중 “A5-2 차팅기호 적용하기” 와 “A5-3. 구내 연조직질환 검사하기”, 그리고 “A6. 구강영상촬영장치 이 해하기”, “A7. 방사선필름 이해하기”, “A8. 지역사회 실태조사하기”에 해당하는 학습목표가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 치위생진단 및 계획영역 4개의 일(task)에서는 “B1. 치위생 진단하기” 중 “B1-2. 구강내외검사 파악하기”, “B1-3. 치아와 치주검사 파악하기”와 “B2. 치위생 치료계획 수립하기” 중 “B2-1. 의과병력과 치과병력에 따른 치료계획 수립하기”를 제외한 나머지에는 학습목표가 해당되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 치위생수행 33개의 일(task)에서는 “C1. 대상자접수 및 진료준비하기”, “C2. 대상자와 의료진 보호하기”, “C4. 구내 촬영하기”, “C5. 구외 촬영하기”, “C6. 방사선 필름의 현상 및 정리”, “C7. 디지털 방사선 촬영 및 영상 관리하기”, “C8. 방사선필름판독하기”, “C9. 예방치과 진료 수행하기” 중 “C9-5. 대상자별 구강위생 관리하기”와 “C9-20. 특별환자 구강위생관리하기”를 제외한 일，그리고 “C18. 충전재 및 접착재 혼합하기”, “C20. 도포마취 수행하기”, “C22. 근육주사하기”, “C24. 건강보험 실무 수행하기”, “C26. 문서관리하기”, “C27. 환경관리하기”, “C29. 인력 관리 하기”, “C30. 자기개발하기”, “C31. 사회봉사하기”, “C32. 구강보건행정 실행하기”, “C33. 지역사회구강보건사업하기”에 대한 학습목표는 해당되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 치위생평가 3개의 일(task)에서는 모두가 학습목표에 해당되지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 : 전체 치위생 교과목과 직무와의 연관성을 살펴볼 필요성이 있다고 생각되어지며 표준화 된 학습목표 개발이 시급하다고 생각된다.
This study was in accordance with the Clinical Practice classified in 2012 a dental hygienist second job descriptions “Hygiene assessment - dental hygiene diagnosis and planning - dental hygiene implementation - dental hygiene evaluation”.
The job models in the learning objectives of the clinical course was organized seven courses being conducted in dental hygienist state examination.
The systematic clinical curriculum at the school is required to perform the duties of a professional dental hygiene in clinical practice. In other words, to enable students to be proficient after a clinical course lessons and perform their duties well as a professional dental hygienist proposal as follows:
First, the capacity (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to develop a standardized learning objectives needed to successfully perform the duties performed in the actual work rate and high proportion of industry is urgent .
Second, the area of dental clinical stages of clinical dental hygiene dental hygiene area around the duplicate job descriptions rather than learning objectives derived from the abbreviated form of the course of Dentistry, College of Dentistry, Clinical Integration in education will have to be made.
